I think my oven floor was about 600°F and this is a common workaround for high heat. After shaping I left them rise for 2 hours as the house isn’t too warm (20c). That is an ah-MAH-zing looking loaf. Unfortunately I did not get much rise in the oven with little or few holes. Nearly identical to the picture at the top. There’s a total of less than 2 grams of yeast—if I’m recalling correctly–and that fraction of a gram difference you’d get doing the math is not measurable on home scales.
